Motivation-Hygiene Theory (Frederick Herzbergs, 1950) hypothesizes that you have two types of motivators: a single type is usually satisfaction with job (motivators) and the various other which basically prevents unhappiness (hygiene). Motivators are those techniques that allows to get psychological development and growth on the job. They are really closely relevant to the concept of self-actualization involving concern, an opportunity to lengthen oneself for the fullest to taste the pleasure of accomplishments, and be recognized us having completed something worthwhile. Health is inspiring factors that describe the health of work rather than the work alone. Herzbergs speak about that if you want to inspire people, you have to be concerned with the position itself not only with the surroundings. This theory justifies the deep determination of instructors to their college students.
