The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the organizing function of management. The organizing function of administration develops inner organizational composition. According to Bate & Snell, " human resource organizing occurs in three levels: planning, encoding, and evaluating” (2009). Refining the art of human resources management can provide proper value to organizational functionality. The Yahoo Company provides secured their place among the world's leading employers. Safety glasses strategy for successful human resources management is providing employees with unparalleled rewards, perks, and opportunities. Lazlo Bock, Google's vice president of men and women operations declares freedom, interest and experienced employees offers forged Google's success (HR Focus, 2008). Planning requires Google to forecast long term job tendencies based industry fluctuations and company progress. In june 2006, Google was hiring about " twelve people every day, adding to a workforce greater than 5, 000” (Lohr, 2005). Currently, Yahoo employs around 20, 500 people with different backgrounds and skills.
