An allegory is a story with two connotations. One meaning is simple and is also just about the characters and what happens to these people. The second which means is more deeply and symbolic. The character types represent real persons and the things that happen; refer to crucial events on the globe. Animal Plantation is a simple story about a group of animals who have take over charge of the farm building. Their commanders, the pigs, promise them a wonderful your life, but they wrap up starving and miserable. Orwell uses this kind of plot to satirize the communistic program and the events following the Russian Revolution
